Mrs. Shari Barta is a 20 year therapist with 15 years of legal evaluation experience. She has extensive training in functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments, life care planning, ergonomics and body mechanics.

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a comprehensive assessment of clinical tests that assess a person’s overall physical level of functioning, their ability to safely work and their ability to perform activities of daily living. FCE’s are used as the industry standard in both plaintiff and defendant situations where the extent of the injury must be verified and to accurately assess the person's current level of functioning.

Hourly Consulting
Expert assistance and advice to meet all rehabilitation needs. Specialized consulting for home/building modifications, ergonomic assessments, home safety evaluations, life care planning, record review, and testimony preparation.
Cost: $200/hour
Court or Deposition Appearance: $300/hour
